Data Manager (Part-Time)
The Data Manager role is best utilized by someone who is passionate about helping people come to know Jesus and grow in their faith. They will use their affinity for data, processes, and systems to further the work of the ministry at Black Rock Church. Through managing and monitoring our data processes, they will be able to help our departments discover more avenues of influence and help reach those that are disengaged from our community. The position is part-time, 24 hours per week.
Director of Kids Ministry (Full-Time)
Kids with faith in Jesus grow up with a healthy foundation of confidence, joy, and love because they know that God is real, God loves them, God is always with them and they are eternally secure. The Director of Kids Ministry leads a team of paid staff and volunteers who creatively and passionately ensures 1000 kids every week (birth to fifth grade) build a stronger relationship with Jesus. The Director ensures Black Rock Kids Ministry is biblically sound, attractive to parents and children, fun, and relevant to the current needs of families and children. The Director carries the passion for this ministry, manages all the moving pieces, and keeps the staff and volunteers happy and engaged.
Director of Middle School Ministries (Full-Time)
Help hundreds of students put their faith in Christ, live out their full identity in Christ, and be able to share the love of Jesus Christ to their friends, family, and community. This person will oversee our dynamic Middle School Ministry ensuring 6th-8th grade students have fun and powerful spiritual programming that reaches and disciples them. Currently, we have over 100 middle school students who attend our Wednesday Night programming. This person will lead the Wednesday night programming, develop Adult leaders, student leaders, help lead retreats, Sunday school, a missions trip and other programming as needed.
