Black Rock's Global Missions budget is financed through our Faith Promise program. During our Annual Global Missions Conference, members of the congregation are challenged to make a commitment to give a certain amount of money over the coming year, in faith, to Black Rock's Global Missions program. The amount pledged determines the final Global Missions budget for the following fiscal year.
