I grew up in Stratford, Connecticut, and began attending Black Rock as a high school student. After spending a few years at Wheaton College in Illinois, I returned to Connecticut and graduated from Fairfield University. In 2002, I began serving at Black Rock as a youth leader and on the Sanctuary worship team as a drummer, guitarist, and worship leader. I joined the Black Rock staff full-time in 2010, after serving in a variety of positions at the church, including worship leader and Sanctuary intern. I have a love for worshiping God through music and for developing a culture of life-changing worship in the church, especially among younger generations. I am married to Kate, who also works at Black Rock. For fun I enjoy playing music with friends, outdoor activities like camping and skiing, and rooting for the New York Yankees.
